We check the condition of the goods

Something can always go wrong when transporting goods. That is why we first check the quality of the goods immediately after the shipment arrives. Strict adherence to the cold chain is particularly important for food. Individual batches that have spoiled are sorted out immediately. This is the only way we can guarantee our customers first-class quality.

If you stay longer, our warehouse specialists regularly check the condition of the goods and, if necessary, the packaging. For this purpose, we also create separate quality reports for food. Imported goods are also subject to approval by the veterinary office. We take the samples together with the customs officials, the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food and the veterinary office as well as with the customers and ensure that the formalities run smoothly.
